Rooftop Spas & Hot Tubs
Westland spas and hot tubs are excellent choices for rooftop, balconies, elevated roofs and above grade applications. Our spa and hot tub are built with quality engineering, longevity for heavy commercial applications. Westland prides itself creating the perfect choice for rooftop spa and hot tub installations. Rooftop spa construction works best with, fiberglass, or stainless steel. These materials often weigh 70% to 80% less than traditional gunite or concrete. Reducing weight in a spa or hot tub vessel reduces engineering and structural costs. Once the spa or hot tub is completed it is a one piece vessel that can hoisted and delivered into the exact location on the roof. Westland spas and hot tubs are designed to be fastened to the superstructure to meet seismic code for the building.
Health Department, VGB, ADA
Westland spa and hot tubs meet or exceed local Health Code sanitation, VGB Virginia Graham Baker entrapment and ADA requirements. For each project we work with local Health Departments and architects to insure we meet ADA transfer wall and chair lift standards.
